Notes: Mobile site experiences are failing to keep up with visitors’ expectations, details NetBiscuits in a survey of 6,000 mobile web users across 6 countries. The study finds that almost all respondents have at some point experienced difficulties such as: an inability complete a desired action (96%); difficulty entering information (95%); and difficulty finding what they’re looking for (95%). Moreover, 91% have used a better mobile site from a competitor instead of the one they were trying to use, with 30% of those saying they do so often or very often. (more…)
